ONLINE ORDERS
Orders on the site are subject to the required stock availability. Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time.
When you have finalised your order via the site, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be confirmed until the order dispatches from the warehouse, and payment is successfully taken.
As part of the online order process you will be requested to provide personal and payment details so that we can perform a fraud credit check via our payment provider. By submitting a payment through the site, you are granting permission for us to carry out such checks as required.

PRICING
All website pricing will be shown in local currency where available, and otherwise priced in British Pounds (GBP).
All UK orders over £100 qualify for free shipping.
All orders outside of the UK will incur a postage fee that will be determined by the parcel size, weight, destination and delivery time.
All pricing is inclusive of tax.
For EU deliveries we are able to remove VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate – please contact us by emailing team[at]rideaera.co.uk for EU sales.
Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority and are usually payable by the customer on receipt of the delivery.

By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments and orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older.
We will process your payments securely via a payments system, and all payment details will be encrypted. All stored card details will be stored securely by the payment provider.
Your order will only be deemed as final when your payment has been taken. Your goods will then be dispatched within a reasonable time frame unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.
BESPOKE/MADE TO MEASURE COMPONENTS
A number of ÆRA components are bespoke items that we build to your specification. These include; Wheels, and Painted Forks.
Bespoke and made to measure components are non refundable.
If your order includes a bespoke or made to measure component, the team will advise you of an anticipated lead time once the order has been received and processed by the team.
The estimated lead time does not take into account unforeseen circumstances and is not guaranteed, however we always endeavour to deliver your components within the estimated lead time where possible.
If there are any delays we will make you aware at the earliest opportunity and suggest alternative options where appropriate.
WARRANTY
All ÆRA carbon parts have a two year warranty that is valid from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner only. We guarantee that all carbon products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years from the original date of purchase.
Should you have any problems after 2 years we will still be able to offer help and will look at any claim on a case by case basis. Irrespective of what has caused your claim, we will endeavour to help and offer solutions where possible.
Any modifications, incorrectly fitted, misused or abused products are not covered by warranty. Using incorrect brake pads with our rim brake wheels will void your warranty.
If you have purchased directly from www.RideAera.com you will automatically qualify for product registration. If not please send you product details to Registration[at]RideAera.com.
CRASH REPLACEMENT
Being avid road riders and racers we understand that accidents are sometimes part of riding and racing, and can happen to the best of us. If you have an accident and damage any ÆRA parts please get in touch. We’re happy to offer reduced priced replacements where possible.
PRODUCT FEEDBACK
We always want to hear from our customers, especially if they have any thoughts on our products that they’d like to share. Got something to say? Get in touch and we’ll be all ears.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
Usage of the site grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law. Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with express permission from New Aera Ltd (ÆRA).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund or exchange, providing it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item(s) is as new and in the original packaging.
Please contact team[at]rideaera.co.uk to initiate the return.
All returns must be sent back to ÆRA within one month of the refund or change request being made.
Returns and exchanges are not applicable on bespoke or made to measure components, such as wheel builds
Faulty items will be either replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the ÆRA Customer Service team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can be returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If this is not possible we will offer a refund, or an alternative product.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your items. All returns are required to be sent back in good time using a secure delivery service, and items must be unused and the packaging must be in good condition.

CANCELLATIONS
For customers purchasing in the EU, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (“CCR”) you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving your items, unless you have ordered. Notice must be given via email – team[at]rideaera.co.uk.
For all order cancellations through the CCR, you are eligible for a full refund including your shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation request. However, you need to return your item(s) back to us in good time via a secure delivery service, and items must be returned in good condition. To initiate your return, please email[at]rideaera.co.uk
Please note that cancellations are not permitted on bespoke or made to measure items such as wheels, and painted forks.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect to any matter arising hereunder.
